SOLUTION / RGRestaurant groups

Same pricing logic in every kitchen. Local control where it counts.

Groups running brand portfolios across several locations need rules that travel. Essen4u lets you define pricing boundaries, approval rules and reporting once at group level, then override them per location or brand where the local market is different.

How groups set it up

Rules at the top. Exceptions where needed.

  1. Define group defaults

Margin floors, price ceilings, change caps and approval rules that apply to every location.

  2. Override per location or brand

A higher floor for a premium area, manual approval for a new location, a fixed price for a flagship dish.

  3. Assign roles

Group managers see everything. Location managers work within their kitchen and the rules set for it.

  4. Report the same way everywhere

Every location reports margin by brand and platform on the same basis, so comparisons are fair.

Questions

For restaurant groups.

Can each location have different commission deals?

Yes. Commission terms are stored per brand, per platform and per location, and pricing uses the terms that apply to each listing.

Can we roll out one location at a time?

Yes. Many groups start with one kitchen, confirm the rules, then add locations to the Group plan.

Who controls the group rules?

Users with group-level roles. Location users can be limited to viewing rules, proposing changes or approving prices for their kitchen only.
