Which delivery platforms are supported?
Essen4u is built for the major food delivery apps used by Indian kitchens as well as your own ordering channels. Tell us which platforms you use when you sign up and we will confirm how each one connects for your account.
How are approval rules set up?
During onboarding you set margin floors, price ceilings and the maximum change per adjustment, then choose automatic or manual approval for each brand. You can change these at any time.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. Your master menu, brands and history carry over when you move to Growth or Group.
What is the cancellation policy?
Plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing period. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation policy linked in the footer.
