A platform commission changes, demand for a dish moves at a day part, or a recipe cost is updated.
Margin is recalculated
Price, commission and food cost are combined to find the listing's contribution margin on that platform.
Rules are checked
A new price is proposed only if it respects your floor, ceiling and maximum change. Otherwise the change is held.
Published or queued
Within limits and on auto approval, the price goes live. On manual brands it waits for you. Either way, it is logged.
Commission aware
Each platform deal is stored per brand, so a change on one platform only reprices listings on that platform.
Demand responsive
Short, bounded price moves at peak day parts, returning to base when demand settles.
Floors and ceilings
Set per dish, per brand or per platform. Automatic pricing can never cross them.
Change caps
Limit how far a price can move in one step, so customers never see sudden jumps.
Manual approval

Only inside the boundaries you configure, and only on brands set to automatic approval. Every change is logged and visible in the adjustment log.
Can I keep the same price on every platform for some items?
Yes. Lock any listing to a fixed price, or set a floor and ceiling that are equal, and the engine will leave it alone.
How is margin calculated?
Listing price minus platform commission and the dish food cost from the master menu, expressed as a share of the listing price. You can add packaging cost per brand.
