Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create an account and use the Service to manage menus, pricing, forecasts, inventory and reporting for your kitchen and its brands.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign up, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the actions of users you add to your account.
Connecting delivery platforms
You confirm that you are authorized to connect each delivery platform account you link to the Service, and that doing so is permitted under your agreement with that platform. You remain responsible for your relationship with each platform, including its commission terms and listing policies.
Pricing boundaries and approvals
Automated pricing operates only within the margin floors, price ceilings, change caps and approval rules configured in your account. You are responsible for setting these boundaries and reviewing them. Brands set to manual approval will not receive price changes until approved by a user in your account.
Forecasts, estimates and suggestions
Demand forecasts, prep quantities, margin estimates and pricing suggestions are produced from the data available to the Service and are provided to support your decisions. They are not guarantees of future orders, revenue or margin. Any estimate shown on this website before you connect your platforms is illustrative only.
Your data
You keep ownership of your menus, recipes, pricing and performance data. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to publish listings that break a delivery platform’s policies or applicable law
- Do not attempt to access other accounts or interfere with the Service
- Do not resell access to the Service without written agreement
Fees
Plan fees are as agreed in your quote. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and may update features over time. Delivery platforms can change their systems without notice, which may temporarily affect sync or publishing; we will work to restore affected functions promptly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses arising from boundaries or approval rules configured in your account.
Termination
You can cancel at the end of any billing period. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination, you can request an export of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab.
