Refund & Cancellation
This policy explains how to cancel a plan, when refunds apply and what happens to your kitchen data afterwards.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time by contacting Customer support from the Contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the Service remains available until then.
Refunds
- Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded for partial use
- If you are charged in error or charged twice, the incorrect amount is refunded in full
- If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we will credit or refund the affected portion of the fee
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days
Changing plans
Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply from the next billing period. Features not included in the lower plan, such as automated pricing or multi-location dashboards, stop at that point.
What happens to published prices
When your plan ends, the Service stops making changes to your delivery platform listings. Prices and availability remain as they were last published, and you can manage them directly on each platform.
Your data after cancellation
You can request an export of your master menu, pricing history, adjustment log and reports before or shortly after cancellation. Account data is then deleted within a reasonable period unless it must be kept to meet legal obligations.
