Cook it once. List it under every brand that sells it.
A shared kitchen often sells the same base dish under three names. Essen4u keeps one master record per dish and maps it to each brand listing, so recipes, costs and availability stay consistent on every platform.
| Master dish | Brand | Listing name | Platform A | Platform B | Platform C |

How the mapping works
Brands are storefronts. The kitchen is one.
Build the master menu
Add each dish once with its recipe, portion, food cost and prep station.
Attach it to brands
Give each brand its own listing name, description, photo and add-ons while pointing back to the same master dish.
Choose where each listing goes
Switch listings on or off per platform. Pricing for each listing and platform is handled by the pricing engine.
Change once, publish everywhere
Mark a base ingredient sold out and every listing that depends on it goes unavailable on every platform.
One record per dish
Recipe and cost changes flow to every brand listing that uses the dish, with no copy to forget.
Sold out in one click
Availability is set at the master level and pushed to every brand and platform that lists the item.
Day-part menus
Run a breakfast brand in the morning and a late-night brand after 11 pm from the same line.
Brand-specific variants
Portion sizes, add-ons and combos can differ per brand while still drawing on the same base recipe.
Listing content per brand
Names, descriptions and photos belong to the brand, so each storefront keeps its own identity.
Sync status you can see
Every listing shows whether it is live, awaiting approval or not listed on each platform.
Questions
Menu management, answered.
Do my brands need identical menus?
No. Each brand keeps its own listings. Only the underlying dish record is shared, so one brand can sell a platter and another a roll made from the same base.
What happens to listings if I change a recipe cost?
The new cost is used for margin calculations on every listing linked to that dish. If a listing falls below your margin floor, it is flagged or repriced according to your rules.
Can menu changes require approval?
Yes. Approval rules can be set per brand, so changes to a particular brand wait for manual approval before being published.
